We are looking for someone who enjoys all things real estate, appreciates processes and pays close attention to detail - all while providing the Raving Fan experience to our clients. We are a fun, close knit group and looking for a person who thrives in team oriented environments while also being able to work independently.

About Legacy Transactions - We have been in business since 2017 serving Texas Realtors, primarily in the Houston area. We do a high volume of business and have grown at least 20% year over year with bigger goals for the future. This is a full time position. We work Monday - Friday so you will have your weekends free. You will be able to work remotely and have a flexible schedule, with the expectation that you will be available to the agents and our team between 9am-5pm. This is a 1099 position so it allows you to make more based on your production. Growth opportunities are available as our team continues to grow!

Our next Transaction Coordinator will:

  • have their Texas Real Estate License or will get it within the first 120 days and previous experience in the Real Estate Industry

  • Located in Texas or have a Texas Real Estate License if located in another state

  • have excellent customer service skills

  • have follow up and follow through

  • takes initiative and is goal oriented

  • knows how to prioritize and works with a sense of urgency around deadlines

  • is coachable, learning based, and invested into the growth, mission, and vision of the company

Here are some of the specifics of the role functions:

  • Oversee all aspects of buyers & seller transactions from executed contract to closing

  • Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes

  • Coordinate inspections, assist in preparation of amendments and ensuring they are sent to all the correct parties once executed

  • Provide regular updates & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc

  • Submit all necessary documentation to brokerage for file compliance

  • Prepare funding request so the agents will receive their DAs in time for closing

  • Coordinate the closing and walkthrough times

  • Complete Pre-Closing and Post-Closing task

  • Along with many more task
