Our Listing Coordination Service will take a lot of the upfront work off of your plate when you take a new listing. We have individual services for you to choose from so you can customize our service based on your needs.

Individual Services Include:

• Input Listing into the MLS

• Write Listing Agreement and all required Broker documents for the listing

Items need from the Agent:

• MLS Login

• 24-hour notice to write listing documents and input listing before making it active unless needed on the weekend. 48-hour notice required if needed on the weekend

• Send photos of the listing once received from the photographer

• MLS Info sheet and room measurements if properly has never been on the MLS

• You will need to send agent and public remarks for the listing input

Note: You will need to verify all information to ensure that it is correct, as we have never been to the listing.
